Spring has sprung…longer days, and with it our preference to be outside more…walking the doggie, strolling to meet friends for a coffee..change in lifestyle habits.
Changes are also afoot in Goyas…have you seen the new cabinet yet??
The plan is to fill it with food for you to take home..cooked portions of free range chicken, scotch eggs, maybe bowls of veg curry and we WILL cook the rice, maybe chicken in orzo, maybe salmon rice bowls..maybe lots of things..just something different to suit a change in our needs for something lighter.
March also see St Patrick’s day and Mother’s Day..both falling on the same weekend….holy moley !! don’t worry we will feed you..there will be plenty of lasagne, stroganoff, quiches and pies in the fridge.
Delighted to have Mad Yolk eggs back in stock..they make such a difference to any eggy dish.
I’m in breadmode at the minute..the foccacia is good to go..next step sourdough loaves…YES!!
