Bunnies, Eggs, Chickies, a stretch in the evenings, chocolate…what’s not to like about Easter..if I could paint the shop yellow for the week of Easter I would !!

NEWS…NEWS…. as a pop-up idea we are going to bake CHOCOLATE FUDGE CAKE ..1 size..limited quantity..pre order is what I say..because. as the line goes..when they are gone..they are gone!!

we are delighted with how the new display fridge is going….cauliflower cheese  tarts, our own foccacia sarnies filled with chicken caesar or roasted veg with emmental…chorizo scotch eggs with tomato mayo..yes !! trust me..it sooooo works !!

Ham, cheese and spinach rolls..come and see them..

and finally, are you a lover of chowder? I am going to do this…yes I am..limited as it needs to be..but hey  chunky with fish and a good squeeze of lemon..a lunch fit for the weekend..

ps.I promise I will bake HCB’s this year !!

and because I love éclairs myself I am also baking them..straight up..cream and chocolate…the best way..
