Traditional Fruit

Traditional rich fruit cake, made with raisins, sultanas, cherries, almonds and candied peel all soaked in orange juice and brandy. Various styles and shapes available, also fresh flowers to complement the bride's colour theme

Carrot cake

Spicy moist cake made with sultanas and that "special frosting " which is very much part and parcel of carrot cake.

Madeira

Choice of flavours available, orange, lemon, vanilla or chocolate. Our madeira cake is always split and filled with a French style butter cream.

Chocolate Biscuit Cake

Broken biscuits, hazelnuts, fruit and plenty of chocolate make this a chocoholic's dream !!

Layered Gateaux

Each gateau consists of a split sponge, soaked with alcohol and filled with either fresh fruit, chocolate mousse or lemon curd.
